Who are we?
The International Institute For Development Facilitation (IIDF) is a culmination of a rural development transformative process dating back to the work done with funding from WK Kellogg Foundation (WKKF) in Manicaland Province of Zimbabwe.
The WK Kellogg Foundation had been operating in Manicaland Province in the last decade focusing on knowledge and development work in the areas of economic empowerment, health and
well being, leadership & skills development and civic enhancement.
The program was spearheaded by a Facilitation Unit (FU) as a lead implementer and manager for all WK Kellogg Foundation work in Manicaland Province of Zimbabwe , through a partnership between WK Kellogg Foundation, Africa Unirvesity and Chimanimani Rural District Council. At the end of WKKF funding period, it was found necessary to continue with the work through a well defined operation strategy and improve on resource mobilization.
The (FU) transformed into the International Institute for Development Facilitation (IIDF) Trust which was eventually registered in 2009
